Returns Policy

We get it — sometimes things don’t work out. Whether the fit’s off or the vibe just isn’t right, you’ve got 30 days to return your order.
 

To be eligible for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

• Proof of purchase (your order number or receipt) is required.

• Returns must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.
   

We can’t accept returns on:

• Worn or damaged items

• Final sale or clearance items

• Underwear or socks (for hygiene reasons, obviously)

 

Exchanges

Want a different size or colour? No problem. Just return your item and place a new order — it's the fastest way to get what you want.
 

Refunds

Once we receive your return and check it over, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the funds to appear.
 

How to return

1. Email us at hello@sweatys.co.uk with your order number.

2. We’ll send you return instructions.

3. Pop your items back in the post (you’ll cover return shipping for now).

4. Sit back and let us handle the rest.
